About the Project
PT Finansi Digital Indonesia needed a complete redesign of their outdated fintech dashboard. The existing dashboard had complex UX, causing high churn rates and numerous support tickets. The goal was to create a modern, intuitive dashboard that displays complex financial data in an easily understandable way.
Our Approach
We conducted comprehensive UX research including user interviews and usability testing. Based on these insights, we redesigned the entire information architecture and visual design. The result is a dashboard with powerful yet clean data visualization, dark/light mode, and customizable widgets.
