SehatKu - Integrated Healthcare App

About the Project

RS Kasih Ibu Group needed a mobile application that could integrate all their healthcare services — from online registration, telemedicine consultations, to medication pickup. The system had to comply with health data regulations and be accessible to patients of all ages.

Our Approach

We developed native mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native with a focus on accessibility and ease of use. The app integrates with the existing HIS (Hospital Information System) and features video consultation, e-prescription, and health record management.

Results

• 50,000+ downloads within 3 months of launch
• 70% reduction in patient waiting time
• 150% increase in appointment rate
• NPS Score of 72 (Excellent)
