TokoNusa - Bali MSME E-Commerce Platform

About the Project

TokoNusa needed an e-commerce platform that could connect thousands of MSMEs in Bali with buyers across Indonesia. The main challenge was creating a system that is easy to use for non-tech-savvy sellers while still providing a seamless shopping experience for buyers.

Our Approach

We built a full-stack e-commerce platform with Next.js and Node.js, equipped with an intuitive seller dashboard, real-time inventory management system, and local payment gateway integration. Key features include AI-powered product recommendation and automated customer service chatbot.
